By accessing this site or using download, purchase, or payment links related to STZ LABS, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

The STZ LABS website presents in-house software, product pages, documentation, digital download links, and contact channels. Some projects are open source and distributed through official GitHub repositories.

Payments processed in this ecosystem relate to STZ LABS's own digital products and/or voluntary support for the maintenance and improvement of existing software.

• We do not operate a crowdfunding platform, charity fundraising, or payment collection for third parties.
• There is no promise of financial return, equity participation, or investment.
• Optional contributions do not create an obligation to deliver a future product beyond what is described on the page or offer.
• The description shown at checkout or on the product page prevails in identifying what the payment is for.

Our products are delivered digitally, usually through direct download or official links (such as GitHub Releases). We do not ship physical goods.

Refund requests, duplicate charges, or delivery failures may be reviewed by email. When applicable, the review considers the product type, digital delivery method, and transaction history.

Each software product may have its own license (for example, GPL-3.0). Use, redistribution, and modification of each project follow the license published in its repository or package.

You agree not to use the site, downloads, or software for illegal or abusive purposes, fraud, infringement of third-party rights, or activities that compromise service security.

Some features depend on third-party services such as GitHub, Stripe, Google Gemini API, LRCLIB, Rainmeter, and WebNowPlaying. Use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies.

These Terms are interpreted under the laws applicable to the site operator and the transactions carried out, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights provided by law.
